What do you do for speed and agility?
A dad asked me this a few weeks ago. After I explained what we do and how we do it, he asked again a few minutes later. I explained it again, making sure the explanation was clear and simple.
I think he asked this question 3 or 4 times throughout our conversation.
Maybe he was looking for me to say that we use a specific tool or drill that he saw a big college using on the internet. Or maybe some other facility they've been to before had some fancy contraptions.
Whatever he was looking for, he wasn't picking up what I was putting down. And I'm cool with that.
We don't use any of the fancy looking contraptions that flood the speed and agility market. And we don't offer any gimmicks or quick fixes to get our athletes where they need to be.
And if that's what you're looking for, I'm cool with you going somewhere else. We probably aren't for each other.
The way we teach movement gives our athletes the chance to learn what's best for them and apply what they've learned to their sport.
Most of our athletes are going to take the field soon for the first time in a long while due to the craziness of last year.
ALL of them are stronger, faster, more explosive, more confident, and more capable as both athletes and humans.
I'm excited for them on a crazy level. Their games are going to be awesome to watch.
