Our Junior Varsity Program is built for athletes that are ready to start structured strength and conditioning. Athletes in these classes are under the age of 14, where the main focus is to learn the foundational movement patterns, postures & positions that they will need to replicate in their sport.
Creating this foundation of proper movement patterns is extremely important. Not having this foundation can lead to injury or slowed progress.
Each class participates in speed/agility, strength training and conditioning focused on increasing strength, work capacity, and proper sprinting technique.
Training isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. Northland Strength is easily accessible from all of Dalton Gardens.
